 Understanding Your Need

We develop a thorough understanding of your need and client organization. We identify the skills and personal attributes required for success in the organization, as well as the basic responsibilities, reporting relationships, education, and experience needed for the position. We measure each candidate against these standards to ensure a good hire. Also, important during this step is to gain a thorough understanding of your attraction factors. Knowledge of these factors, allows us to better match your company's selling points to a prospective candidate's motivations. This increases your chances of hiring the candidate that you select.

 Develop Search Plan

We create a target list of organizations where qualified candidates are likely to be found. We assemble a focused and targeted list of potential candidates within those organizations utilizing personal networks, our database, published and on-line resources, as well as original research.

 Recruitment and Assessment

Initial contact with selected individuals is made in a direct and confidential manner. After reviewing background information, we conduct in-depth interviews with the most promising candidates to further evaluate qualifications, personality style and compatibility with the organization’s culture. We spend considerable time becoming familiar with each candidate’s personal and career needs to determine if the opportunity is the right fit for both parties. At the end of this stage, we will have a short list of candidates to further qualify against your specifications. Confidentiality is maintained to protect both client and candidate. We reveal the client's identity to viable candidates only at the appropriate time. Only those candidates found to be both qualified and genuinely interested in the position are recommended for client to interview.

 Candidate Presentation

Based on interviews, we will present a list of qualified candidates. Our client receives detailed candidate profiles that include a chronological resume summarizing accomplishments, compensation information, and a thorough comparison of each candidate’s strengths and weaknesses against the specifications established for the position.

 Interview

We assist in the coordination and scheduling of all interviews with perspective candidates. After each interview, we debrief both the candidate and client, allowing us to provide immediate and value added feedback. We will prepare each candidate for the interview. We will explain the position to them and expose them to as much company information as possible so that each candidate can have an informed discussion with you during the interview. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to structure every aspect of the meetings with the top candidates.

 Post Interview

Following the interview, we will discuss each candidate with you and we will come to a decision of which candidates to eliminate and which to pursue. We will have a similar discussion with the candidates to determine each candidate’s reactions and their decision as to whether or not to move forward with the interviewing process. As we progress through the interviewing stage, we are in close contact with both you and the candidates to stay aware of any problems that may prevent a successful completion of the search.

 References

Reference checking is a critical component of the decision process. Once we have identified your candidate, we will work with you to customize a reference and background check that meets your company's needs. Prior to completing the offer of employment, we compile a confidential reference report from conversations with individuals who are qualified to comment in depth and discreetly about the candidate. We strongly suggest all client companies to conduct their own thorough reference check before hiring a candidate as well.

 Offer Presentation

We serve as an experienced intermediary to negotiate delicate details, resolve differences, determine exact compensation and complete the hire to everyone's satisfaction. Once the top candidate has been identified, we assist in negotiating the final compensation package that meets your satisfaction. We assist in identifying key issues and expectations for both parties. It is our goal to use our expertise in these situations to help you and the candidate meet your objectives. Once a verbal offer and acceptance has been achieved, we ask you to put an offer letter in writing to the candidate.

 Conclusion

We will conduct follow-ups to our client and the new employee in order to insure both parties are 100% satisfied with the placement. It's important we get our clients and candidates continual feedback on the job performance, job satisfaction and to find out if we have a successful match for both parties.
